Conference venue is Kutaisi International University (KIU), located in the environmentally clean area of the city of Kutaisi, Georgia. The KIU campus is spread out on a beautiful 160 hectares of land, surrounded by a forest with a river running through it. The KIU campus can be reached by the buses number 3 (city center) and 25.

In collaboration with TUM International and TUM, a leading European university, KIU's operational framework has been designed in partnership with these institutions. The university's honorary president is Prof. Dr. Wolfgang A. Herrmann, former TUM president.
