The meeting of the Seminar of the Institute of applied mathematics dedicated to Academician N.Muskhelishvili’s eigtieth birthday was held on June 28 1971.

The haed of the Seminar, Academician I.Vekua gave a talk on N.Muskhelishvili’s life and mathematical activity.Speeches were made by Professors: A.Kharadze, V.Kupradze, G.Kharatishvili, N.Vekua, T,Tskhadaia,N.Vakhania.

Academician N.Mushelishvili adressed the audience.
