Terms of Delivery
- A minimum 50 offprint may be ordered. Prices corresponding to the number of pages and quantities ordered are given below.
- Offprints are printed at the same time that the journal is printed. Thus no alterations from the exact form in which the article appears in the journal are possible. Additionally this makes it impossible to fulfill any orders for offprints that are received after the journal is printed.
- Offprints will be forwarded within a short time after the appearance of the published paper.
- No additional offprints can be printed or sent unless the order form is filled and returned with appropriate payment or official purchase order and received until journal goes to press.
- Usually one order per article is accepted from one of the authors. That author is therefore responsible for any orders the co-authors wish to make.
- Any correspondence in connection with offprints with offprints must state title and offprint order number and name(s) of the author(s).
